Absolutely. Speech recognition runs 100% locally on your device. Your audio never leaves your device. LLM polishing (optional) sends only the transcribed text, not your voice.
It's fully configurable. You can use your own API key with any supported provider, or disable LLM polishing entirely for pure local transcription.
